Fred Santarpia

Fred Santarpia is an experienced executive currently serving as President of Endeavor Streaming since November 2020, where leadership focuses on global expansion and high-impact streaming services for major partners including UFC, WWE, and NBA. Previously, Fred held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Moda Operandi, Inc., steering operational strategies during the COVID crisis to enhance revenue opportunities. As Chief Digital Officer at Condé Nast, Fred established the digital strategy and launched its entertainment division, while earlier roles included overseeing operations at Vevo, where viewership consistently ranked first on YouTube, and driving global digital initiatives at Universal Music Group. Fred's career began in financial auditing at Arthur Andersen, followed by positions in financial management at TechSpace and UMG.
