Alexandre Munhoz is an experienced executive currently serving as COO at will bank since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading Strategy & Planning, People & Culture, Customer Experience & Operations, Fraud Prevention, and Banking as a Service. Prior experience includes senior roles at Amazon from July 2013 to September 2021, such as Country General Manager (Books BU) and Head of Digital Businesses and Marketing, as well as significant positions at Dell overseeing Latin America operations, A.T. Kearney in strategic consulting, and earlier roles in strategic planning at GPA and Natura. Academic qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a BS in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
