Alvaro Collas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR transformation, and leadership advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Kingsley Gate since June 2022, Alvaro has a proven track record in executive search and mentoring, having guided over 30 startup founders through Endeavor since February 2015. Alvaro co-founded Quantum Talent, focusing on innovative HR solutions, and held leadership positions including Managing Partner at Singular Advisors and Chair of Human Capital and Talent Committees at América Televisión and El Comercio, respectively.
