Bahadir Ustaoglu is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategy, consulting, data science, and software engineering. As Founder and COO of Cognira since March 2015, Bahadir has driven significant business growth, achieving over $20 million in revenue. As a mentor at Atlanta Tech Village and an Endeavor Entrepreneur, Bahadir actively supports startup founders in their personal and professional development. Previous roles include Director of Product Strategy at Manhattan Associates, Senior Managing Consultant at IBM, and Director of Product Management at Predictix, where Bahadir led multi-million dollar projects and contributed to innovative software solutions for top-tier retailers.
