Javier Arroyo

Javier Arroyo is the founder of Smartick, an innovative online learning program aimed at children aged 4 to 14, operating since September 2009. In addition to this venture, Javier has been an Eisenhower Fellow since October 2017, contributing to a network of senior international executives, and serves as an Endeavor Entrepreneur, focusing on high-impact entrepreneurship. Previously, Javier held the role of Managing Partner at Fast Track Sports Media Consulting from January 2004 to March 2011, and worked as a Strategy Consultant at Monitor Company and Accenture between 1999 and 2004. Javier holds an Executive Education degree from Harvard Business School and an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, along with a BA in Economics from both Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Universität Trier.
