Rick West

Rick West is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Entrepreneur in Residence at Shaping Our Appalachian Region, Inc., Rick provides coaching and strategic support to entrepreneurs in Eastern Kentucky. As Chairman and Co-Founder of Field Agent, Rick has transitioned from CEO to a leadership role representing the company within the industry. Rick is also involved with Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique as a board member and serves as an Endeavor Entrepreneur, contributing to the global high-impact entrepreneurship movement. With a history of co-founding market research firms like Core4 Research and Northstar Shopper Solutions, as well as significant contributions to Procter & Gamble, Rick holds a BBA from the University of Kentucky.
