Tomás Pando

Tomás Pando is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant, currently serving as Co-Founder of Master Me Up since April 2019, focusing on strategy and execution consulting. In addition to this role, Tomás holds positions as a Family Board Member at P.Pando, Angel Investor at Pachama, and Advisory Associate at Sunamers, a narrative design agency. Tomás has been involved with Endeavor as a Peer since 2011 and has previously acted as an Angel Investor for Aivo until its exit in 2023. Early career highlights include leadership roles at PAEZ, where Tomás was President & Co-Founder and CEO, as well as experience at Accenture as a Strategy Analyst. Educational qualifications include degrees from organizations such as Harvard Business School and Stanford University, complemented by participation in programs at Singularity University and altMBA.
