Victor Noguera

Victor Noguera is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the Mexican and Latin American markets. As a co-founder of Clau since May 2019, Victor is transforming the home-selling process in Mexico. Victor Noguera has also been involved with Endeavor as an Entrepreneur since May 2022, while serving as a founding partner at Nascent, a seed fund for regional companies, since October 2016. Additional roles include Venture Partner at The Fund and investor in multiple firms such as Worky, a human resources management platform, and Klar, a Mexican neo-bank. Victor's background includes co-founding Labsense to develop smart city solutions and serving on the board of Covela, Mexico's first digital insurance broker for SMEs. Victor Noguera holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, along with additional certifications in product management and machine learning.
