Richard Wells

Richard Wells is a seasoned IT infrastructure professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure North America at Endeavor since July 2017, Richard has demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure across North and South America, leading a 13-person team, and overseeing significant annual budgets. Prior to this, Richard was the Director of IT at FUSION Marketing, where an adept resolution of a Cryptolocker virus led to a full-time position, the rebuilding of an IT team, and the establishment of a customer-centric culture. Earlier, as a Senior Network Engineer at MB Technology Solutions, Richard managed client support teams and acted as a virtual CIO on various projects. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
