Leanne Ridsdale is an experienced Nursing Leader with a robust background in the hospital and healthcare industry, currently serving as the Residential Services Manager at Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc since March 2023. Ridsdale has held multiple leadership positions, including Chairperson for both The Ark Salisbury Lutheran Church and Endeavour College, and has a notable tenure at Calvary Health Care from August 2011 to March 2023, where roles included Project Lead for hospitals and Director of Clinical Services. Ridsdale possesses expertise in Nursing Education, Clinical Care, Team and Culture Building, and Healthcare Management, complemented by degrees from the University of Melbourne and Flinders University.
