Emma Ringland

Emma Ringland serves as the Head of Regulation and Investments at Endeavour Energy, leading regulatory transformation and economic strategy since September 2023. In addition to this role, Emma holds multiple positions in governance, including Non Executive Director roles at River City Voices and Sydney University Soccer Football Club, as well as an Associate Trustee position at the Sir William Dobell Art Foundation. Previous experience includes significant contributions to Westpac Group as Group Head of Regulatory Affairs and a Senior Lawyer at Gilbert + Tobin, along with advisory roles focused on ethical decision-making in financial services and strategic support for technology vendors. Emma's educational background includes degrees in Laws and Commerce from the University of Sydney and various professional development programs.
