Michael Spearing

Michael Spearing is a seasoned professional in the hospitality sector with extensive experience in management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Endeavour Group since July 2023, Michael previously held the position of Venue Manager at Burleigh Brewing Co. from May 2021 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing venue operations, staff management, and event planning.
