Sudhan Prabhu

Sudhan Prabhu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sudhan began their career at Infosys as a Process Executive, where they served as a client's SPOC and provided guidance to junior employees. Sudhan then transitioned to recruiting, starting as a Trainee Technical Recruiter at TAJ Technologies Ltd. and eventually working their way up to the role of Sr. Recruiter level 1 at Allegis Group. At Allegis Group, they gained experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring technology professionals. Sudhan also worked as a Technical Recruiter at Aditi Consulting, where they partnered with Fortune 500 companies and received recognition for their performance. Following this, they joined PayPal as a Global Talent Specialist, where they worked closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet recruitment requirements and mentor trainee recruiters. Sudhan then joined HTC Global Services as a Talent Manager, responsible for driving client partnership and growth. Most recently, they served as an HR Manager/ Talent Advisor at Google before joining AtkinsRéalis as an HR Recruitment Lead in 2022.

Sudhan Prabhu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General, and Accountancy from Bangalore University between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their SSLC at Holy Cross School in Bangalore from 2001 to 2010. Additionally, they have achieved additional certifications in Tally ERP 9 from Systems Domain in 2014, Diploma in Finance & Accounts from the Institute of Finance & Accounts of India (IFAI) in 2013, and Diploma in Computer Application from COMPUTER POINT EDUCATION LTD. in 2011.
