Phil Oneile is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as GM - Marketing & Loyalty at Endeavour Group and ALH Hotels, Phil has previously held significant roles such as Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Marketing at Village Roadshow - Roadshow Films, as well as National Marketing Manager. In addition to leadership positions, Phil is a Company Director at Basic State Style Traders and a Board Member of the Australian Home Entertainment Distributors Association (AHEDA).
