Richard Mallett

Richard Mallett is an accomplished Change Enablement Manager at Endeavour Group since July 2022, focusing on change management, reporting and analytics, documentation, skill development, and mentoring staff. Prior to this role, Richard served as an IT Service Management Specialist at Medibank from October 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included major incident management and guiding staff through the root cause analysis process. Richard's earlier experience at Telstra spanned over two decades, during which Richard held roles as a Problem Management Technical Expert and Technical Expert, achieving significant improvements in problem management maturity and performance through Agile methodologies. Richard holds an Advanced Diploma of Information Technology from RMIT University.
