Rod van Onselen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including retail, private equity, and energy. Currently serving as Non Executive Director at Endeavour Group and Made Group since 2023, and Head of Operations for Australia and NZ at TPG Capital, Rod has a strong track record of driving growth and transformation. Previous roles include Chief Digital & Growth Officer and Chief Transformation & Digital Officer at Origin Energy, where significant improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency were achieved. Additional experience includes senior positions at Sportsbet, ANZ, and A.T. Kearney. Rod holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
