Jean-Christophe Vanier

Jean-Christophe Vanier is a seasoned mechanical reliability engineer currently serving at Endeavour Mining Corporation since January 2021, focusing on group technical services and operational performance. Prior experience includes a role as principal mechanical engineer at IAMGOLD Corporation, where responsibilities included plant maintenance and reliability from May 2016 to January 2021. Jean-Christophe has also managed significant projects at Ingénium Construction and held various supervisory positions in maintenance and project management across multiple mining operations.
