Livia Mahler

Livia Mahler has strong expertise in corporate governance to the Board, having sat on a number of Audit and Compensation committees during her career. Livia is currently an independent director and Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee at Ivanhoe Mines. Prior to this, Livia served on the Audit and Compensation committees of Diversified Royalty Corp., Turquoise Hill Resources and DuSolo Fertilizers. She is a co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Computational Geosciences, of Vancouver, Canada, which provides technological solutions to maximize the value of geophysical exploration surveys. She also is co-founder and managing partner of Greenstone Venture Partners, a Vancouver-based venture-capital fund targeting private, early-stage, information technology companies, and previously was Senior Investment Manager in the Venture Capital Division of the Business Development Bank of Canada. Livia has an MBA degree from the University of British Columbia (Canada) and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
