Mathias Gadze

Mathias Gadze is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple countries. Currently serving as the Group Mine Operations Manager at Endeavour Mining since January 2023, Mathias previously held the position of Mining Manager at Delta Gold Zimbabwe - Eureka Gold Mine from July 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes Section Manager at Anglo American, specializing in mechanized underground platinum mining in Zimbabwe, and Senior Contracts Manager at Moolman Mining Botswana, focusing on open pit mining contracts. Additionally, Mathias worked as a Mining Superintendent for Gemdiamonds at Gope Exploration Company in Botswana. Academic credentials include a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Project Management Zimbabwe.
