Matthew Berden is a Senior Vice President of Projects at Endeavour Mining Corporation, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Minerals Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management industry. Beginning their career in engineering and design, Matthew developed a strong interest in project delivery, particularly for large-scale international projects. Matthew has held various significant roles, including Project Director at Endeavour and Project Manager at Lycopodium, contributing to numerous mining and infrastructure projects across West Africa and beyond. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University of Technology.
