Mr. O’Quinn has served as Senior Vice President - Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since April 1, 2011, having previously served as Senior Vice President – Assistant General Counsel and Secretary from January 1, 2011 through March 2011, and as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from August 2005 through December 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. O’Quinn was engaged in the private practice of law, including eight years as a partner with a law firm in Wilson, North Carolina.
