Aldo Estefan, CPA, CIA, CRMA, currently serves as the Treasury and FP&A Manager and Internal Audit Manager at Endeavour Silver Corp since September 2020. Prior experience includes four years at Deloitte Canada as a Senior Consultant and Senior Accountant focusing on Risk Advisory for PCAOB clients in the mining and metals industry. Aldo began his career with positions in accounting, including roles at Grouse Mountain and Bench Accounting, and worked for Starbucks in various capacities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Diploma in Financial Management from Langara College, alongside professional certifications from CPA Canada, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and a certification in Risk Management Assurance.
