Eugie Kabwe

Eugie Kabwe is a highly experienced geomechanics expert, currently serving as Principal Consultant at EAE Consultants Pty Ltd since October 2024 and as Alt Technical Services Manager at Endeavour Mining since July 2023. Prior roles include Principal Geomechanics Engineer at Endeavour Mining, Alt Geomechanics Superintendent at Karora Resources, and Senior Geomechanics Engineer at Red 5 Limited. With significant expertise gained as a Senior Geomechanics Consultant at AMC Consultants and Geomechanics Engineer at Silver Lake Resources, Kabwe's background also includes a mentorship at the Industry Mentoring Network in STEM and a teaching assistantship at the University of Adelaide while completing a PhD in Rock Mechanics. Additionally, a research development fellowship at The University Of Zambia was complemented by experience as an Equipment Productivity Engineer at Barrick Gold Corporation and a Master’s degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
