Renato Martinez has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Renato began their career at RedeTV! in 2005, working as a Content Acquisitions Coordinator until 2009. Renato then joined Mukeca Filmes as an Account Manager, where they stayed until 2010. In 2010, they moved to LiveAd, still as an Account Manager, before joining Cia da Comunicação in 2011 in the same role. In 2012, Martinez joined Endemol Shine Brasil as the Marketing and Sales Director, a position they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Paramount as the International Programming Sales Director for LATAM. In 2018, they returned to Endemol Shine Brasil as the VP of Content and Acquisitions.
Renato Martinez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2006. Renato then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the same university from 2006 to 2007. In 2013, Renato completed an extension course in Sales and New Business Management at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Later, in 2016, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and earned an MBA in Business Management in 2018.
