Lisa Fahrenholt

Lisa Fahrenholt is an accomplished executive in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President of U.S. Scripted Development & International at Endemol Shine North America since March 2025. Fahrenholt has a strong background in scripted development, having previously held the position of Vice President of International Development at the same company from February 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included adapting global formats for the U.S. market. Prior roles include Acquisitions Director at Endemol Worldwide Distribution, Acquisitions Manager at Endemol Studios, and Talent Manager at Viking Entertainment. With early career experience as an Executive Assistant at Disney ABC Television Group and Paradigm Talent Agency, Fahrenholt's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Penn State University and further studies at The University of Manchester.
