Olena Iosifova

Olena Iosifova has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Olena started their career at ABBYY in 2006 as the Head of International Distribution Department, overseeing corporate and technology products. From 2011 to 2018, Olena worked at OSIS as a Network Consulting Engineer, specializing in wireless technologies. In 2018, they joined EVIOS as a Data Scientist, where they worked until 2019. Currently, Olena is the Chief Executive Officer at Ender Turing, where they lead the development of Conversation Analytics for Enterprises and Public Sector and also manages the Automatic Speech Recognition Engine. Olena briefly worked as a Deep Learning Engineer at Ender Turing from 2019 to 2020.

Olena Iosifova holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Radio and Electronics, which they completed from 1998 to 2003. Olena also pursued a Masters degree in Economics/Financial Management at Economics University from 2003 to 2004. In 2019, they further enhanced their skills by studying Data Science Math Skills at Duke University and completing the Data Scientist with Python track at DataCamp. Additionally, in August 2022, Olena obtained a certification as a CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
