Alicia Maldonado

Alicia Maldonado serves as the Head of People Business Partner for Digital Solutions & Procurement Iberia at Endesa since September 2015, following a progressive career within the same company as a Human Resources Business Partner for both Procurement and Market Iberia. Prior to Endesa, Alicia Maldonado held roles at Enel from October 2010 to September 2015, including Human Resources Business Partner for Holding Areas and Training Consultant for Enel University. Alicia Maldonado's early career included multiple human resources positions at Endesa beginning in April 2002, along with a role as Assistant Manager Legal. Academically, Alicia Maldonado holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a Bachelor's degree in Business Sciences from the same institution, complemented by an Advance Training Program in Finance and Administration from Instituto Superior Estudios Profesionales.
