Sergio Martin

Sergio Martin is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Iberia for Legal and Corporate Affairs Global e-Mobility at Endesa - Enel since December 2022. With a longstanding tenure at Endesa (Enel Group) beginning in October 2003, Sergio has held the position of Head of Commercial Law Unit of Endesa, focusing on market legal affairs for energy product commercialization across Spain and several EU countries. Previously, from 1996 to 2003, Sergio worked at CARBOEX, SA and its associated companies, where responsibilities included leading law units and serving as Secretary to the Board of Directors while engaging in international energy product trading and logistics. Sergio's educational background includes studies at IE Business School and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, among others.
