Jorge Bistue Guardiola has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jorge started their career at Grupo Estampaciones Sabadell in 1996, where they worked in the technical department. Jorge then worked at PwC Consulting and IBM as a Senior Consultant and Production and Purchasing Manager, respectively, specializing in business reorganization processes and management support information systems.

In 2003, they joined MPbata as a Manager and Member of the Board of Administration, where they focused on implementing renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Jorge then worked at Enerville (Enertika Group) as the Operations Director, responsible for developing and operating smart grids based on photovoltaics and energy services.

Since 2012, Jorge has been working at Endesa X, holding various roles including Head of Decarbonization and Flexibility Portfolio, Head of Decarbonization and Energy Efficiency Portfolio, and currently, Head of Customer Insights Portfolio Management. In these positions, they managed product managers, defined strategic investments, and ensured the development and compliance of business plans.

In 2010, they obtained a LEED GREEN ASSOCIATE certification from the US Green Building Council and completed a course in the implementation of energy management systems at Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya. Jorge also earned a Diploma in Energy Service Companies from Universidad Politècnica de Madrid in the same year. Additionally, they completed post-graduate courses in sustainable buildings in 2004 and business production and technology management in 2001, both at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Jorge rounded out their education with a final degree project in Robotics at the same institution from 1995 to 1997.
