Juan Garrigosa de Sigmaringa

Juan Garrigosa de Sigmaringa has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Juan is currently the Head of Business to Government (B2G) at Endesa X, where they are responsible for managing Endesa X businesses with Public Administrations in Iberia. Juan has been working in this role since January 2019.

Prior to this, they worked as a professor at UNIR Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, teaching the Digital Transformation Program, starting in October 2017. Juan also worked as a professor of Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at EAE Business School from March 2018.

From November 2017 to December 2018, they served as the Head of Innovation and Product Lab Iberia, as well as the Head of eMobility Innovation Global at Enel. Before that, they held multiple roles at Endesa, including Head of Innovation, Head of Technology Projects, Head of Energy Efficiency, Chief of Gabinet - VP Services and Technology, T&I Manager, Standartization and Regulation Manager, and PLC Engineering Manager.

Additionally, they have worked as a lecturer at Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de Madrid, teaching the Master of Energy program from October 2013 to June 2015. Juan also worked as a mentor at PASSION IE from November 2013 to June 2014.

Earlier in their career, they held positions such as O&M Director at Lucent Technologies from November 1998 to December 2001, Data Engineer at EQUANT (France Telecom) from March 1998 to November 1998, and Network Planning Engineer at Telefonica from March 1997 to March 1998.

Juan Garrigosa de Sigmaringa has a diverse education history. In 1989, they completed their Bachillerato degree at Nuestra Señora de Loreto, focusing on COU. Juan then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Physics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1991 to 1997. In 1999, Juan obtained an Expert degree in Industrial Quality from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Juan attended several management programs. In 2007, they enrolled in the Executive MBA program at IE Business School, specializing in Executive Management. Juan later completed a Management Program in Leadership for Energy at IESE Business School and SDA Bocconi in 2011.
