John Mairlot

John Mairlot is a seasoned investment professional with a focus on sustainable solutions and climate change initiatives. Currently, John serves as Co-Founder and Investment Syndicate Lead at Endgame Capital, where the mission centers on accelerating innovative solutions to combat climate change. Additionally, John is an Investor at Elyos Energy, which is transforming energy consumption patterns in commercial buildings, and serves as an Ambassador for ClimateHack in Amsterdam. With experience as a mentor at StartLife and board member at Lixon, John has also held senior roles as a Senior Investment Manager at Aqua-Spark and Investment Manager at Oceano Fresco. John holds an MBA from INSEAD and two Master's degrees in Business Engineering and Finance from Louvain School of Management, complemented by international academic experiences at the University of Macau and Corvinus University of Budapest.
