Brad Debauche

Brad DeBauche started their career in 1997 at Cloud Ceramics/Kansas Brick & Tile where they served as a Sales Manager. Brad managed a distributor network of over 100 distributors in the United States and Canada. In 2004, they moved to Endicott Clay Products where they took on the role of Vice President of Sales. In this role, they managed a distributor network of 175 distributors across the US and Canada, and was involved in various aspects of operations including manufacturing schedule, inventory control, shipping, quality control, and new product development.

From 1981 to 1983, Brad DeBauche pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Kansas State University.
