Jenny Hedderman

Jenny Hedderman, Esq. is an experienced legal and policy advisor currently serving as Risk Counsel for the Comptroller of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since May 1990, focusing on cybersecurity, operational, and financial risk management for the state government. In their various roles, including Deputy Comptroller and General Counsel, Jenny has provided comprehensive legal guidance on state finance law and related matters across over 150 state agencies. Additionally, Jenny serves as an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Law and Endicott College, teaching courses on cybersecurity and the legal environment for business management. Involved in community service, Jenny is the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Essex County Cooperative Farming Association. Jenny completed a Juris Doctor at Albany Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College.
