Nancy Frates

Board Member at Endicott College

Nancy Frates is a board member at Endicott College and a previous company Worldwide Speakers Group. Nancy has also been with Project 351, Endicott College, The ALS Association, Charity Warriors, and EEMAX Event & Entertainment Management Association. Nancy is an inspirational speaker and ALS advocate.

Nancy has a business degree from Boston College and an honorary Doctorate in Humane Studies from Endicott College. Nancy served on the ALC and many committees throughout their agent career. Nancy also held positions in the Beverly Market Center as the Productivity Coach, Team Leader and lead trainer.

Since their son's diagnosis of ALS in 2012, Nancy has given a Ted Talk, traveled and networked to the offices of CEO’s, Senators, Congressmen, top doctors and governmental authorities. Nancy has testified in Washington DC on Capitol Hill, at the White House and to an FDA panel regarding important issues affecting the ALS community.

Nancy presently serves on the Board of Trustees at Endicott College and also is a National Trustee for the ALS Association. Her Ted Talk , on Ted.com, has been viewed over 1 million times and their corporate, inspirational speaking has taken their all over the world including Mumbai, Austria, Sweden and Australia.

Nancy Frates graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Nancy later received an Hononary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Endicott College.
