Ewart Reeves

Ewart Reeves has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ewart currently serves as the Director of Operations at Endless West since May 2023. Prior to this, Ewart worked at Hiram Walker and Sons Ltd (Pernod-Ricard) for over a decade. Their roles at Hiram Walker and Sons included Production Operations Manager from December 2020 to April 2023, Continuous Improvement Manager for North America Operations from November 2017 to December 2020, Continuous Improvement Manager for Walkerville Operations from October 2014 to November 2017, Vendor Quality Manager from July 2013 to October 2014, and Process Improvement Supervisor from July 2009 to July 2013. Before joining Hiram Walker and Sons, Ewart worked at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, where they held various positions such as Productivity Manager from July 2007 to July 2009, Financial Analyst from November 2006 to July 2007, Production Supervisor from September 2004 to November 2006, Quality Supervisor from January 2003 to September 2004, and Industrial Engineer from September 2001 to January 2003.

Ewart Reeves obtained their B.A.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor between 1995 and 2000. Subsequently, they pursued an M.B.A. degree at Wayne State University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2012.
