Matthew J. Maletta

Matthew Maletta serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Endo, where responsibilities include overseeing Legal and Government Affairs as a senior executive team member since April 2015. Prior to Endo, Matthew held various leadership roles at Allergan from January 2002 to April 2015, including Chairman of the Allergan Political Action Committee for Employees, Vice President and Associate General Counsel, and interim Global Head of Human Resources. Matthew's earlier experience includes positions as Associate Attorney at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Skadden Arps. Matthew earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
