Nigel Jones

Nigel Jones has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nigel most recently served as the Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Development at Endo International plc, where they successfully led the Global Development team. Prior to this role, Nigel held positions such as Director of Racehorse Ownership at Ovel and Jones Horse Racing Ownership, Board Member at Ton Pentre FC, FAW Referee at the Football Association of Wales, Head of Clinical, Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance (Europe) at Ablative Solutions, Managing Director and Board Member at Circadian Therapeutics, and Vice President of Global Clinical Operations at Innocoll and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals. Nigel also gained experience as the Vice President of Global Clinical Development at TFS Trial Form Support and as the Head of International Project Management at Omnicare Clinical Research.

Nigel Jones completed their secondary education at Treorchy Comprehensive School from 1976 to 1983, where they obtained 11 O Levels and 3 A Levels in Chemistry (grade A), Physics (grade A), and Biology (grade B). Following this, they attended the University of Southampton from 1983 to 1986, earning a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiology and Pharmacology. Jones proceeded to continue their education at the University of South Wales from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an AHSM in Health, Social, and Life Sciences with a focus on Health Services Management. Lastly, from 1989 to 1991, they pursued a Post Graduate D Clin Sci degree in Clinical Science at Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd, specifically within the Welsh School of Pharmacy.
