Rachel Toop

Rachel Toop, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in intercompany accounting and transfer pricing. Currently serving as Associate Director of Intercompany Accounting at Endo International plc since July 2015, Rachel has held various roles including Senior Manager and Manager in the same discipline. Prior to this, Rachel was a Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst at Trinseo, where responsibilities included conducting transfer pricing analyses and collaborating with the IT team to enhance reporting capabilities. Rachel's career also includes a Senior Associate position at Maillie, Falconiero & Company, LLP, focusing on tax return preparation and IRS audits, as well as experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in tax-related projects. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Accounting from Ithaca College.
