Mike Kessler has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology. Mike began their career in 1989 as a Storage and Backup/Recover Manager, Manufacturing Engineer/Information System Engineer, and SMT Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi Corporation. In 2006, Mike moved to Indiana University Health Tipton Hospital as Director of Information Services, where they led the Information Services Department and developed and maintained departmental budgets. During their time there, they were nominated for Tipton Businessperson of the Year 2012 and was a top 83 and 125 finalist for “Best Hospital IT Departments” from Healthcare IT News in 2013 and 2012, respectively. In 2014, Mike became the Director of Information Technology at Mainstreet. In 2016, they joined Four County Counseling Center as Director of Information Services, where they led day-to-day IT operations for 400 users at more than a dozen locations. Mike was responsible for digital transformation initiatives, security strategies, business continuity strategies, and more. In 2021, Mike began their current role as Director of Information Technology at Endodontic Practice Partners.
Mike Kessler attended Oklahoma State University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a BS in Electronic and Computer Engineering Technology. Prior to that, they attended the American School in Japan from 1981 to 1984. Additionally, they hold a ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management Certified from EXIN, obtained in May 2013, and a Lean Healthare Yellow Belt Certification Program from Purdue University, obtained in February 2013.
