Robert Morales

Robert Morales has worked in the IT field since 1997. Robert began their career at Verizon Communications as a Specialist-Systems Architecture, where they provided hardware and software support for several Verizon call centers nationwide and performed system testing for the organization's infrastructure. Robert was also a Specialist-System Architecture, responsible for installing and configuring voice conferencing hardware and software, coordinating network LAN/WAN installation and upgrades, and supervising contractors during system installations and upgrades. In 2011, they joined Fidelity Investments as an End User Support, fielding incoming calls and chats from Fidelity End Users to provide Level 1 and Level 2 system and application support, resolving desktop application problems, and updating desktop applications. In 2021, they began working at Tarrant County as an IT Support, troubleshooting hardware, desktop monitors, laptops, printers, scanners for Tarrant County Employees, analyzing and resolving PC and Software issues, and installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware. Later that year, they joined TEKsystems as a Desktop Support Specialist, troubleshooting, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and PCs, providing Tier 2 support on escalated issues, and providing client facing support. Robert also joined GEODIS as an Information Technology Coordinator. In 2022, they joined Buchanan Technologies as an IT Support Technician, re-imaging PC's and laptops for users in the R&D Department, documenting incoming and outgoing hardware, maintaining hardware inventory, installing and configuring applications on lab computers, installing, configuring, and supporting lab and engineering equipment, creating, adding, and modifying users in Active Directory. Robert also joined Endodontic Practice Partners as a SR IT Technician.

Robert Morales began their educational journey at Dallas College North Lake Campus where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. In 2019, they attended Brookhaven Community College to pursue Amazon AWS Cloud Solutions Architect and SQL. Additionally, in 2021, Robert obtained the Agile Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
