What you’ll do

• As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with product development teams and our Engineering teams to drive the delivery of new products and infrastructure using industry best practices in program management and Agile methodologies
• You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage program schedules, identify/mitigate risks, and communicate progress
• Serve as the primary point of contact: Efficiently convey the actual status of the project's scope and status to the leadership teams. Are we on track? What are the risks?
• Work cross-functionally: Support and engage with teams outside of technology to gain alignment and support where needed with documentation, workflows, and relationship building
• Establish clear visibility into program plans and progress, across levels, disciplines, and BUs, to ensure transparency and alignment of enterprise-wide stakeholders
• Improve processes, standardize tools, and establish robust documentation systems spanning the full product development lifecycle

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in technical project/program management, preferably in a related industry (ideally SaaS)
• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches
• Strong knowledge of the full lifecycle of product development
• Experience in product development planning
• Strength in influencing decision-making and bringing teams to agreement
• Skill in managing and resolving ambiguity
• Ability to conduct tradeoff analysis and develop written and oral briefings explaining the outcome of those analyses
• Demonstrated collaboration with software engineers
• Expertise in Atlassian toolset ( Confluence - Jira )
• Proven team player who embraces listening, straight talk, transparency, ownership, and accountability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid track record of managing parallel projects/programs
