Steve Knorr currently serves as President of Endovac Animal Health since September 2017. Prior to this role, Knorr held various leadership positions within the University of Missouri System from 1998 to 2017, including Vice President of University Relations, where oversight of government and constituent relations, as well as strategic communications, was provided. This included managing a team of 20 professionals and a $4 million budget. Earlier roles at the University included serving as Vice President of Government Relations and Assistant to the President for Federal Relations, where significant initiatives such as establishing a centralized federal relations office were launched. From 1994 to 1998, Knorr worked as a Development Officer at the University of Missouri-Columbia, successfully leading a team to achieve a $60 million fundraising outcome. Their career began in the United States Senate as a Legislative Assistant for Senator Christopher "Kit" Bond, where important agricultural policies were shaped. Knorr earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988.
