Clarissa Wang serves as the Head of People at Endowus, where leadership in talent strategy and organizational design spans Singapore, Hong Kong, India, and Malaysia. Clarissa has established end-to-end people systems focused on high-performance team scaling, equity frameworks, and career progression pathways. In addition, Clarissa is the founder and coach at EVOKE TRANSFORMATION, assisting leaders and teams in navigating complex decisions and fostering authentic leadership. Clarissa facilitates the #IamRemarkable initiative, empowering underrepresented groups to articulate their achievements. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Employee Success at Salesforce, where Clarissa led talent strategy across ASEAN, and recruiting lead at Google for the Asia Pacific region. A foundation in executive search and talent consulting was developed through positions at Heidrick & Struggles and Executive Access. Clarissa holds a BA in Psychology from Wellesley College and a Master's in Philosophy from The University of Hong Kong.
