Esther Jingxin Yip

Esther Jingxin Yip is currently the Product Design Lead at Endowus, responsible for managing the Product Design function, team processes, and collaboration across business units. In addition, Esther serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, teaching design fundamentals to engineering and art students. Esther's experience includes being a DesignSingapore Associate, contributing to design initiatives, and an Exco Member for the DesignSingapore Associates Network, where Esther supported community engagement and curated the Design Superposition exhibition. Previous roles include Product Designer at Shopify, User Experience Designer at GovTech Singapore, and Design Fellow at IDEO CoLab, among others. Esther holds an MFA in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Systems and Design with a focus on Business Analytics from the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
