Raymond Mei, MBA

Raymond Mei, MBA has held a variety of positions in the healthcare and biosciences industries since 2004. From 2004-2007, they were a Research Assistant IV at the Department of Plant Biology at UC Davis, where they researched expression of KNOX1 genes associated with developing compound leaf for angiosperms. From 2007-2011, they were a Research Scientist at Roche Molecular Diagnostics, where they commercially launched High Pure HCV IVD Diagnostic kits in the US and CE Marked. From 2011-2018, they were a Systems Integration Engineer at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, where they were the Technical Project Lead for Atellica MDX 160 and had in-depth knowledge with Hamilton liquid handler. From 2018-2019, they were a Sr. Manager R&D at Siemens Healthineers, where they oversaw R&D teams and provided people-care management for direct reports. From 2019-2020, they were an IVD Systems Engineer Lead at Guardant Health, where they lead development teams to develop IVD quality products related to liquid biopsy sequencing assays. Finally, from 2020-2022, they were a Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering at ENDPOINT HEALTH.

Raymond Mei earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology from the University of California, Davis in 2007. Raymond then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Mary's College of California, which they completed in 2013.
