Daniel Dodell serves as the Head of Technology Strategy & Financial Planning at First American since February 2025, leading efforts to optimize the financial returns of the technology portfolio. Concurrently, Daniel is the General Manager at Endpoint, contributing to the development of a technology-driven Title & Escrow experience for real estate investors. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director of Operations Strategy at Homeward, where Daniel played a key role in scaling the company and enhancing customer experiences in home financing, and positions at Opendoor, LinkedIn, and McKinsey & Company, focusing on business operations and strategic initiatives. Daniel co-founded the Arizona Microcredit Initiative, supporting entrepreneurs in Phoenix, and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
