Kim Lindberg

Kim Lindberg is an experienced professional in the real estate and legal sectors, currently serving as the Owner of Five Star Painting® since October 2024, specializing in residential and light commercial painting with a focus on white glove service. Concurrently, Kim holds the position of Business Development Manager at Endpoint, a mobile-first Title and Escrow company, since August 2020, enhancing the closing experience for real estate transactions. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at First International Title and Vice President/Account Executive at IPX Exchange Company, where Kim facilitated tax deferred exchanges. Kim's career began as a Loan Officer at Norwest Mortgage and progressed through various roles in title and legal services, including significant experiences at Snell & Wilmer and Lytle Cartwright & Smith.
