Mike Endres is currently the President & Owner of Endres Insurance Agency, Inc. and President of Wagner Insurance & Financial, Inc. Mike has been with Wagner Insurance & Financial Inc. since August 2013, initially starting as an Agent. Mike previously worked as the State Programs Director at Ridgeview Insurance, a Division of Schwarz Insurance Agency, where Mike later became an Account Executive. Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2006 with a Bachelor of General Business, Insurance.

Endres Insurance Agency was previously known as Wagner Insurance & Financial which was opened in 1985. In 2017, our agency’s new owner, Mike Endres, purchased the business from Greg Wagner. Since then, we have been operating under Endres Insurance Agency. Besides the name and owner, nothing else has changed! We still deliver the same hometown service we are known for! We have always been located in Cross Plains, WI, and consider ourselves a hometown agency. We are small enough to bring that hometown feel but large enough to provide all the services you could want from a large agency! We pride ourselves on the fact that you will talk to one of our employees and will not have to talk to an automated voice when you call us. We are also unique in the fact that we have an employee dedicated to claims service to ensure your claims go as smoothly as possible.
