Ganesh Kumar possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering management, currently serving as a Global Manufacturing Support & Technology Transfer Specialist, alongside roles as Assistant Director of Engineering & Facility Management and Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering & Facility Management at Endress+Hauser Group since May 2008. Prior to this, Ganesh led production operations as Team Leader at Tower Mechanics Pvt Ltd and served as a Senior Engineer at Sangkaj Group, overseeing the production lines for Pole Shoes and Pinion Gears. Early career experience includes a role as a Trainee Engineer in Supplier Quality at Lucas TVS Ltd. Academically, Ganesh is pursuing dual Master's degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Edinburgh Business School and Cross-Cultural Leadership from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
