Katharina Karpf

Katharina Karpf is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in Compensation and Benefits, currently serving as the Head of Department at Endress+Hauser Gruppe since October 2023. Previously, Katharina held a temporary project support role at Siegfried, assisting the CHRO with various initiatives, and served as the Head of C&B and Mobility for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included the development of global HR processes and the implementation of performance management systems. Prior to Siegfried, Katharina was an HR Business Partner at Syngenta, contributing to key projects such as global job catalog development and career management frameworks. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Work & Organizational Psychology from the University of Bern and a CAS in Compensation & Benefits Management from Hochschule für Wirtschaft Freiburg.
